Dr. Tasha "TMac" McCray is a healthcare professional turned serial entrepreneur who has spent 31 years in nursing and 29 years building businesses. She holds a PhD, MSN-Ed, and RN credentials, but her real education came from refusing to choose between success and fulfillment.
Based in Tampa, Florida, TMac runs multiple enterprises including CompliTrst™, a complete business automation software company specializing in healthcare compliance, custom app development, and golf league management systems. She also manages real estate investments, private money lending, and The Tee Elite Circle, an exclusive annual membership community for accomplished women.
Two years ago, she discovered golf. Within that time, she achieved two holes-in-one, multiple Player of the Month awards, and became an active competitor in leagues across Florida. The game became a living metaphor for her philosophy: mastery through practice, confidence through repetition, and excellence without apology.

The software now serves assisted living facilities and group homes across Florida, automating what used to take hours into minutes. CompliTrst™ has since expanded into complete business automation solutions, custom app development, and specialized golf league management systems.
Through The Tee Elite Circle, she's created a space where high-achieving women don't just network, they rebuild their lives from the inside out. Golf is the vehicle. Consciousness is the curriculum. Legacy is the outcome.
