Privacy policy

Last updated September 7, 2026

TMac Inspired, LLC ("we," "us") runs tmacinspired.com, sells the book We Should All Be Rich Friends directly from this site, and hosts a private reader community called the Rich Friends Circle. This policy explains what information we collect, why, who we share it with, and how we protect it.

What we collect

When you buy a book. Your name, email address, shipping address, phone number if you provide it, and your order details. Your card is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.

When you join the Circle. Your email address, the name you choose, an optional city, what you're building, the stage you select, your weekly answers, and the book code you used. If you sign in with Google, we receive the name and email on your Google account.

When you contact us. Whatever you include in your message.

Automatically. Standard web server information such as your browser type and pages visited. We do not run advertising trackers.

How we use it

What other members can see

Inside the Circle, other signed-in members can see the name you chose, your city if you entered one, what you're building, your stage, and the weekly answers you post. Members seated at your table can also see the optional "one thing that happened this week" line you add. Your email address, order history, and book code are never shown to other members. We do not ask for, display, or share financial figures.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your information. We do not share it with advertisers. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, our members, or the public.

How we protect it

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Circle data is stored in Google Firebase with access rules that limit each member to her own records and to the shared content described above. Payment data is handled entirely by Stripe. No method of storage is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax, and dispute purposes. Circle content is kept while you are a member. If you ask us to close your Circle account, we delete your profile and answers within 30 days, except where we must keep records by law.

Your choices

Children

Our products and the Circle are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top and, for significant changes, email Circle members.
