These terms cover your purchase of books from tmacinspired.com and your use of the Rich Friends Circle reader community. By buying from us or signing in to the Circle, you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use the site.
Who we are
TMac Inspired, LLC, a Florida limited liability company. You can reach us at support@tmacinspired.com.
Buying a book
- Prices are in US dollars and shown at checkout. Shipping and any applicable tax are added at checkout.
- Payments are processed by Stripe. By paying, you also agree to Stripe's terms.
- We ship within the United States. See our shipping page for timing and our returns page for refunds and damaged copies.
- Each copy includes a single-use access code for the Circle. Codes are tied to the copy they're printed in and are deactivated if the book is returned.
- Host Packs and bulk orders are sold on the same terms unless we agree otherwise in writing.
The Rich Friends Circle
The Circle is a private community for readers of the book. To take part you must be at least 18, use your own email, and enter a valid code or be approved by us.
What you agree to. Keep what other members share inside the Circle. Post only your own words. Don't harass, sell to, or solicit other members. Don't share your sign-in or your code. Don't post anything unlawful, hateful, or intended to deceive.
What you keep. You own what you write. By posting, you give us permission to display it to other members inside the Circle. We won't publish your answers outside the Circle without asking you.
What we can do. We may remove content or close an account that breaks these terms, and we may change or close the Circle with reasonable notice. If you'd like to leave, email us and we'll remove your profile as described in our privacy policy.
The book and this site are not professional advice
The book, the Circle, and everything on this site are for general education and encouragement. They are not financial, legal, tax, medical, or licensing advice, and nothing here is a promise that you will earn any amount, open any business, or obtain any license. Decisions about your money, your business, and your career are yours; please consult a qualified professional for your situation.
Our content
The book, the Round Table guide, the site, and the names TMac Inspired, The Modern Day Matriarch, and Rich Friends Circle belong to TMac Inspired, LLC. You may read and use them personally. You may not copy, resell, or distribute them without written permission.
Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is the amount you paid for that purchase, and our liability relating to the Circle is limited to $100. We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses. Some states don't allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.
Disputes
If something goes wrong, email us first; most things can be fixed in a day. These terms are governed by the laws of Florida, and any dispute will be heard in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top will change, and continued use after that means you accept the update.
